HPSC Mains Test Series Schedule
Test No. Subject
Test-1 (26 AUGUST) Indian Polity -This part will include questions on the Constitution of India, Political system and related matters.
Test-2(28 AUGUST) Indian Economy -In this part, questions will be on the planning and economic development in India, economic and trade issues foreign trade, the role and functions of I.M.F. world Bank, W.T.O. etc.
Test-3 (30 AUGUST) History of Modern India and Indian Culture -The History of Modern India, will cover history of the country from about the middle of the nineteenth century and would also include questions on important personalities who shaped the freedom movement and social reforms. The part relating to ‗Indian Culture‘ will cover all aspects of Indian culture from the ancient to modern times.
Test-4 (1 SEPTEMBER) Geography of India In this part, questions will on the physical, economic and social geography of India. Geography, Environment and Ecology, Disaster Management, World History.
Test-5 (3 SEPTEMBER) India and the World -This part is intended to test candidate‘s awareness of India‘s relationship with the world in various spheres, such as the following:- Foreign Affairs External Security and related matters. Nuclear Policy. Indian abroad.
Test-6 (5 SEPTEMBER) Developments in the field of science and technology, communications and space. In this part, questions will test the candidate‘s awareness of the developments in the field of science and technology, communications and space and also basic ideas computers.
Test-7 (7 SEPTEMBER) International Affairs and Institutions. -This part will include question on important events in world affairs and on international institutions.
Test-8 (9 SEPTEMBER) Current National issues and topics of social relevance.
This part is intended to test the candidate‘s awareness of current national issues and topics of social relevance in the present-day India, such as the following : Demography and Human Resources and related issues. Behavioural and social issues and social welfare problems, such as child labour, gender equality, adult literacy, rehabilitation of the handicapped and other deprived segments of the society, drug abuse, public health etc. Law enforcement issues, human rights, corruption in public life, communal harmony etc. Internal Security and related issues. Environmental issues, ecological preservation, conservation of natural resources and national heritage. The role of national institutions, their relevance and need for change.

What is the programme all about?
Mains Test Series provide platform for checking one’s preparation level as well as the status of time and speed management.
It gives aspirants an idea about writing an articulated answer in sync with the conceptual requirement of the question asked.
Programme consists of Total 18 Test
(a) Sectional Test : 8
(b) Mock Tests: 10
The numbers of tests are high as it will help the aspirant in covering whole syllabus in depth along with inter-disciplinary approach.

मेन्स टेस्ट सीरीज़ किसी की तैयारी के स्तर के साथ-साथ समय और गति प्रबंधन की स्थिति की जाँच के लिए मंच प्रदान करती है।
यह उम्मीदवारों को पूछे गए प्रश्न की वैचारिक आवश्यकता के अनुरूप एक स्पष्ट उत्तर लिखने के बारे में एक विचार देता है।

(ए) अनुभागीय परीक्षण: 8
(बी) मॉक टेस्ट: 10
परीक्षणों की संख्या अधिक है क्योंकि यह अंतर-अनुशासनात्मक दृष्टिकोण के साथ-साथ पूरे पाठ्यक्रम को गहराई से कवर करने में आकांक्षी की मदद करेगा।
How is it different from other Test Series?
The trend and pattern of questions asked in HPSC changes each year. Predictability of pattern become difficult thus one should prepare holistically for the examination. This programme has been designed to cater that. Regular Test Series is mere inclined for answer writing only, however, this test series cover both concepts + answer writing practice.
It will cover tests under different heads:
Sectional Tests: This paper will be conducted Subject Wise. Each test designed to check the conceptual clarity and in depth understanding of the aspirant.
Mock Tests: Mock tests will be conducted on the line of HPSC pattern
