Age Criteria for NDA Exam:

Part ‘A’—ENGLISH (Maximum Marks—200)

The question paper in English will be designed to test the candidate’s understanding of English and workman like use of words. The syllabus covers various aspects like : Grammar and usage, vocabulary, comprehension and cohesion in extended text to test the candidate’s proficiency in English.

Part ‘B’—GENERAL KNOWLEDGE (Maximum Marks—400) The question paper on General Knowledge will broadly cover the subjects :

• Physics,
• Chemistry,
• General Science,
• Social Studies,
• Geography,
• Current Events.

Out of maximum marks assigned to part ‘B’ of this paper, questions on Sections ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘D’, ‘E’ and ‘F’ will carry approximately 25%, 15%, 10%, 20%, 20% and 10% weightages respectively.

Intelligence and Personality Test

The SSB procedure consists of two stage Selection process – stage I and stage II. Only those candidates who clear the stage I are permitted to appear for stage II.

The details are :

(a) Stage I comprises of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests are Picture Perception * Description Test (PP&DT). The candidates will be shortlisted based on combination of performance in OIR Test and PP&DT.

(b) Stage II Comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. These tests are conducted over 4 days. The details of these tests are given on the website joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The various tests of IO, GTO and Psych are designed to bring out the presence/absence of Officer Like Qualities and their trainability in a candidate. Accordingly candidates are Recommended or Not Recommended at the SSB.

एनडीए परीक्षा के लिए आयु मानदंड

एनडीए आयु सीमा के लिए पात्रता मानदंड के अनुसार केवल 16.5 – 19.5 आयु वर्ग के अविवाहितपुरुषऔरमहिलाउम्मीदवारहीआवेदन करने के पात्र हैं। इस परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को नीचे दी गई सीमा में आना चाहिए। एनडीए आयु सीमा से अधिक के उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवार नहीं माना जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा निर्दिष्ट आयु सीमा के लिए एनडीए पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करना आवश्यक है।

केवल अविवाहित पुरुष और महिला उम्मीदवार ही एनडीए परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

उम्मीदवारों को तब तक शादी नहीं करनी चाहिए जब तक वे अकादमी में अपना प्रशिक्षण पूरा नहीं कर लेते।

वाले अभ्यर्थी को सेवामुक्त कर दिया जाएगा तथा उस पर भारत सरकार द्वारा व्यय किया गया समस्त व्यय वापस करना होगा।

उपस्थित होने वाले उम्मीदवार को भारत, नेपाल या भूटान का नागरिक होना चाहिए।

भारत के स्थायी निवासी बनने की मानसिकता के साथ 01 जनवरी 1962 से पहले भारत आए एक तिब्बती शरणार्थी भी पात्र हैं ।

एक व्यक्ति जो बर्मा, श्रीलंका , पाकिस्तान और पूर्वी अफ्रीकी देशों केन्या, युगांडा, संयुक्त गणराज्य तंजानिया, जाम्बिया, मलावी, ज़ैरे, और इथियोपिया या वियतनाम से भारत में स्थायी रूप से बसने के इरादे से प्रवास कर चुका है, वे भी हैं आवेदन करने के योग्य।

एनडीए शैक्षिक योग्यता

इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को एनडीए के लिए पात्र होने के लिए यूपीएससी द्वारा निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता को पूरा करना होगा। NDA के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले तालिका में नीचे दिए गए शैक्षिक मानदंडों की जाँच करें:

भाग ‘बी‘ – सामान्यज्ञान (अधिकतमअंक – 400) सामान्यज्ञानपरप्रश्नपत्रमोटेतौरपरविषयों को कवर करेगा :

• भौतिक विज्ञान,
• रसायन शास्त्र,
• सामान्य विज्ञान,
• सामाजिक अध्ययन,
• भूगोल,
• वर्तमान घटनाएं।

इस पेपर के भाग ‘बी’ को दिए गए अधिकतम अंकों में से, सेक्शन ‘ए’, ‘बी’, ‘सी’, ‘डी’, ‘ई’ और ‘एफ’ के प्रश्न लगभग 25%, 15%, 10 के होंगे। क्रमशः%, 20%, 20% और 10% वेटेज।

बुद्धिऔरव्यक्तित्वपरीक्षण

SSB प्रक्रिया में दो चरण की चयन प्रक्रिया शामिल है – चरण I और चरण II। चरण I को पास करने वाले केवल उन उम्मीदवारों को चरण II के लिए उपस्थित होने की अनुमति है।

(बी) चरण II में साक्षात्कार, समूह परीक्षण अधिकारी कार्य, मनोविज्ञान परीक्षण और सम्मेलन शामिल हैं। ये परीक्षण 4 दिनों में किए जाते हैं। इन परीक्षणों का विवरण वेबसाइट joinindianarmy.nic.in पर दिया गया है।

आईओ, जीटीओ और साइक के विभिन्न परीक्षणों को एक उम्मीदवार में अधिकारी जैसे गुणों की उपस्थिति / अनुपस्थिति और उनकी प्रशिक्षण क्षमता को सामने लाने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। तदनुसार उम्मीदवारों को एसएसबी में अनुशंसित या अनुशंसित नहीं किया जाता है।
